It operates through the following segments: Construction, Residential Development, Commercial Property Development, and Investment Properties. The Construction segment includes both building construction and civil construction. The Residential Development segment develops residential projects for immediate sale. The Commercial Property Development segment initiates, develops, leases, and diverts commercial property projects. The Investment Properties segment build and actively managing a portfolio of quality Swedish office properties with environmental standards in attractive locations. The company was founded by Rudolf Fredrik Berg in 1887 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
